Short Term Medical

LifeMap offers a short term medical product that provides temporary health coverage for members who are typically between jobs or waiting for new coverage to kick in. As such, we do not contract with a network of medical providers for benefits. The plan does not cover pre-existing conditions so no pre-authorizations are needed.

Note: To avoid long hold times, we recommend calling between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
