To ensure we give credit where credit is due, it’s important for us to know if an agent is taking on a group with inforce LifeMap coverage. We ask that you fax, mail, or email a Letter of Record to update our system - our contact information is below.

To submit a Letter of Record (LOR), you must include the following: 

• Your LOR on group letterhead
• List of products covered for the transferring group
• Provide Agent/Agency name, LifeMap agent ID, and effective date of change

Timing is everything

LORs are processed the first of the month following date of receipt. LORs must be received by the 25th of the month for an effective date of the first of the following month. For example, a LOR received on 9/23 will be effective on 10/1; however, a LOR received on 9/26 will be effective on 11/1.

Please note:  It is not our policy to notify previous agents of receipt of a LOR.
