The Employer Admin Center (EAC) has been updated to include a tool tip for the Date of Hire field when adding a new hire.  The entry in this field and the waiting period reflected in your group policy is used to calculate the effective date of coverage.  There may be times when the actual date of hire can’t be used to determine completion of the eligibility waiting period.  The added tool tip provides guidance for what date to use.
