Employer Admin Center (EAC) - Auto-Pay & Paperless Billing

To simplify and improve the billing and payment process, EAC now allows for auto-payments for groups with monthly premium of $20,000 or less. Auto-pay ensures that your bill will be paid on time each billing cycle giving you peace of mind that you won't miss a payment. This feature also includes an electronic communication agreement which not only reduces environmental impact but also improves security and the speed of receiving important information about your bill. Sign up for paperless billing and auto-pay by following the below steps:

  1. Login to the Employer Admin Center (EAC) and click on the 'Billing' tab
  2. Click 'here' in the Auto-Pay section
  3. Fill out the 'Enroll in Auto-Pay' form
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions and click 'Submit'
  5. Complete the email verification

Once you have signed up, each month you will receive an email notification that your bill is ready to view. You will then have at least 10 business days to review your bill before a payment is auto-drafted on the 5th of the following month.
